License Information

The price per module is for a single user version installed on one computer doing the work for one funeral home location. You may install the program on additional computers for backup purposes only. The software license may not be resold or transferred except as part of the sale of your funeral home. If your funeral home name changes, we will register your new name without charge.

If you do the paperwork for more than one funeral home location on the same computer system, you must purchase a license for each location. If you are an embalming service, hospital, coroner, or other business that needs to print documents for multiple funeral homes, the program can be licensed in special ways to avoid the multiple funeral home license fees. If you have more than one computer hooked together in a network, you may purchase a multi-user license so that the program may be accessed from more than one computer at the same time. The single user version may be installed on a network without the multi-user license, but only one user will be able to access the program at a time.

Charges for additional locations or multi-user access are per site and not per module; thus, if you buy LedgerPRO for two locations on the same computer and later add PrintPRO, you do not have to pay the second location charge again; but if you maintain separate databases at different sites, you must purchase software for each site. Updates, classroom training, and toll-free support are provided free for the first 90 days after registration. You will then be billed for a year of Update and Support Service. Multi-user capability counts as a module and increases the support fee; however, additional locations on the same computer system do not. Firms with multiple copies of the software at different sites will be charged multiple support fees unless only the main office will receive support and mailings.
