Your email should include your name, firm name, address, phone number, and whether you would like us to reply with a link to download the demo, mail you a CD, or call you back. If you call after hours, leave a message with the information that would be in an email. The voicemail system emails us a copy of your message so that we can call you outside of business hours, and if you need emergency help the voicemail greeting includes our cell phone numbers. Our demo is a full working copy of the program. There is no limit on the time that it will work or the number of cases you may enter but it does print "sample" on your documents.
